Sinclair Wines is the child of Darelle Sinclair, a science teacher, wine educator and graduate viticulturist from CSU, and John Healy, a lawyer, traditional jazz musician and graduate wine marketing student of Adelaide University, Roseworthy campus. The estate plantings (cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, merlot, cabernet franc and shiraz) underpin high quality wines at mouthwatering prices.
