Our Review
Founder Ian Summerfield handed over the winemaker reins to son Mark several years ago. Mark has significantly refined the style of the wines with the introduction of French oak and by reducing the alcohol without compromising the intensity and concentration of the wines. If anything, the longevity of the wines produced by Mark will be even greater than that of the American-oaked wines of bygone years. Exports to Japan and China. -JAMES HALLIDAY
