Our Review
First planted in '90, King River Estate sits alongside the King River in the heart of the King Valley in Victoria's northeast. The almost 30-year-old vines produce an array of wines that reflect the character and Italian influence of the region. It came under new ownership in '18; it is still very much a family-run business, while new investment has reinvigorated the winery and the cellar door experience. -JAMES HALLIDAY
