Cloak & Dagger

Callie Jemmeson takes a similar approach to winemaking at Cloak & Dagger as she does at Pacha Mama (see listing), however, where the latter was born from travels in South America, the former is inspired by Italian feasts. A trained chef as well as a winemaker, Callie crafts Cloak & Dagger wines from Italian varieties (including pinot grigio, sangiovese and prosecco/glera) grown in Victoria’s King Valley with pizza, pasta and long lunches in mind. Established in '16, Cloak & Dagger was bought from the Jemmeson family by Joval Family Wines in mid-'24, although Callie remains as winemaker and key decision-maker for Cloak & Dagger, Pacha Mama and others in the Joval stable. -ANNA WEBSTER
