Miners Ridge

Victoria | Grampians

Our Review

Andrew and Katrina Toomey established Miners Ridge Wines in ’00 after many years growing grapes in the Great Western region for other wineries. They decided to take small parcels of their finest fruit and craft a range of wines to reflect their 17ha vineyard site at Armstrong. Their vineyard, nestled on a gentle ridge in the foothills of Victoria’s Grampians, takes its name from gold miners who worked the area’s goldfields in the mid-1800s. '26 saw the Toomey's sell their vineyard and retain the wine business, though no further production is planned. -JENI PORT
