Our Review
Planted in '81, Delamere was one of the pioneering estates in the Pipers Brook region in Northern Tasmania. The estate was purchased by Shane Holloway and Fran Austin and their families, Fran joined her husband in ’11 after 9 years at Bay of Fires. Today, the Delamere quiver of wines spans fine sparkling wines, several impressive rosé wines and detailed chardonnay and pinot noir from the meticulously tended, close-planted vineyard. All wines speak clearly of the Pipers Brook region and the commitment and experience of the current custodians. -DAVE BROOKES
