Down the Rabbit Hole

A family affair for Domenic and Elise Palumbo, who established the DTRH brand in ’13 shortly after getting hitched. Under the mentorship of winemaker Walter Clappis (The Hedonist, Ingoldby Winery), the pair have established a solid offering. Walter also makes the wines, which are built around the classics of the region – grenache, mataro and shiraz. As an homage to Domenic’s nonna, who was a chef, the addition of an Italian dining experience via their restaurant, FIORE, has proven a triumph for the Vale. -HALLIDAY TEAM
