Nightfall Wines

One prime site in Coonawarra, boasting terra rossa soil over a base of limestone and growing 3 classic varieties: cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot. The aim – which thus far is unswervingly high – is to express this vineyard site, via the wines, with the same kind of clarity as the stars in the night sky above.
