Jim Pearson makes the Pearson Vineyard wines at Mintaro Cellars. The estate vineyards (cabernet franc, riesling, cabernet sauvignon, shiraz and semillon) surround the beautiful little stone house, which acts as a cellar door - and which appears on the cover of my book The Wines, The History, The Vignerons of the Clare Valley.
