Frederick Stevenson

Frederick Stevenson is the alias of winemaker Steve Crawford, who adopted the moniker when he released the label’s first wines in ’14. Out of Oddio, the urban winery and cellar door he set up with Delinquente’s Con-Greg Grigoriou in an old church in North Adelaide in ’18, Steve makes skinsy whites and food-friendly reds with minimal inputs from organic and sustainable vineyards across South Australia, including the Barossa, Eden Valley and Adelaide Hills. The range leans Italian, in variety but especially style, with drinkability and enjoyment always at the fore. -ANNA WEBSTER
