Old Caves is a family business run by David Zanatta, his wife Shirley and their sons, Tony, Jeremy and Nathan, drawing on 5ha of estate vineyards made up of 1ha each of sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and shiraz and 0.5ha each of merlot, viognier and cabernet sauvignon.
