Berton Vineyard

New South Wales | Riverina

Our Review

The Berton Vineyards partners – Bob and Cherie Berton, James Ceccato and Jamie Bennett – have over 100 years’ combined experience in winemaking, viticulture, finance, production and marketing. The estate vineyard sits at 450m above sea level in the High Eden subregion of the Eden Valley, but the winery is located in Riverina, from where they source fruit from a variety of growers for their various labels. The Bonsai label is named for the appearance of the struggling young estate vines in the early days. -JAMES HALLIDAY
