Our Review
Owned and operated by the D’Aquino family, the vineyard and cellar door are on 125ha located 3km east of Orange. The vineyard is planted to chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, riesling, pinot noir, merlot, shiraz, cabernet franc and prosecco. At an elevation of 900m, on deep alluvial and rich basalt soils, the cool to cold climate and long growing season produce elegant reds and crisp, clean whites. Three labels are produced: Generations, Mt Canobolas (denoted by an illustration) and Patrono. -JAMES HALLIDAY
