See Saw Wines

This is another venture of Hamish MacGowan, the winemaker-cum-marketer who is responsible for Angus the Bull (see separate entry). Prior to setting out on his own, Hamish worked for Andrew Margan, who has his own substantial winery and business in the Hunter Valley. The wine they make for the See Saw label is a blend of semillon from the Hunter Valley and sauvignon blanc from high-altitude vineyards in the Central Ranges.
