Our Review
Richard and Suzie Wood purchased the 46ha Manorbier property in 1988 near Cootamundra, breeding Angus cattle until 2004 when they decided to diversify with the planting of 4ha of shiraz on a north-facing hill. Yield is kept low, and the grapes are hand-picked. -JAMES HALLIDAY
