The Adelaide Hills is a cool-climate wine region that produces elegant and contemporary wines. Only a 20-minute drive from Adelaide's CBD, the region is best known for its sparkling, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay and pinot noir.
Ned Goodwin MW recently visited the region as part of his tasting tour for the 2024 Halliday Wine Companion, and has scored each of the below wines between 90 and 95 points.
Along with all your favourites from the region, you'll also find pinot gris, riesling, pecorino, cabernet sauvignon and sangiovese. Here are 24 wines to try from the Adelaide Hills.
